The office manager is very unprofessional and rude. Although, they didn't pressure me to buy anything I didn't need, which I really appreciated. Their staff was not friendly at all, I didn't feel welcome there....out side of the nurse who provided my services. Dr. Simmons-O'Brien was fine as well, however, I don't get to interact with her oftern and everything seems to be to the descrection of the lady at the front desk and office manager. It never fails how long I have to wait on hold when I call them. I'm always put on hold forever and I find myself not even wanting to call. They could've used quite a few more staff members. They were very understaffed and I ended up having to wait quite awhile. I had no fears about their equipment. Everything was well taken care of and current.

It takes them forever to get back to me. I never get my questions answered within a reasonable time period. This provider has no helpful information available online, apart from their address and phone number. They just have a basic listings page. It is impossible to get an appointment at their office. They are always booked and have a long waiting list. They had a couple of interesting magazines, but their selection wasn't very impressive.
