Dr. Flood barely gave me any information at all during my first visit about what conditions I actually had or how to use the various prescriptions he'd given me. I had to do my own research to get my questions answered. On a subsequent visit, I asked if the shampoo he had me using caused hair breakage and he said: absolutely not. Again, through my own research, I learned that it absolutely breaks of Black hair and this is widely known. Of 4 issues I started seeing Dr. Flood about, NONE of them are resolved and one is actually worse. The staff was friendly enough, but the doctor is the worst dermatologist I've seen in my almost 40 years. I would never visit him again. Ever.
