Excellent medical staff. Top notch treatment during somewhat difficult procedures. However, staff (particularly biling clerks) need to check HMO requirements on a case by case basis before submitting claims. In my case, a skin sample was taken and lab work requested that was not yet approved by my insurance provider (Tricare) and as a result, the claim was rejected. I was subsequently billed for an unexpected $200+ creating a billing dispute that has yet to be resolved.

I couldn't believe how great their office looked. It was very obvious that they took pride in the office's appearance. It was one of the best looking offices I've ever seen. They were absolutely amazing and make others in the same field look like beginners. One of the first things I noticed about this business was the level of detail and attention to make the building handicap-accessible. Even the bathrooms were designed to be accessible with doors wide enough to accommodate wheelchairs and grab bars in the stalls. You could tell they really made an effort to accommodate people with all different needs. I was given a polite greeting when I walked in. It was nice to be acknowledged. They seemed to put some thought into their waiting room chairs, but they weren't that great. I was somewhat comfortable while waiting for my appointment.
