They always treated me with the utmost respect, and have never interrupted my appointment to take a personal phone call. They explained all the risks and benefits of my treatment options. Everything was explained in detail, all my questions were answered, and I felt a lot better about choosing a treatment plan. The waiting room here is spacious. I never feel like I have to sit too close to someone or that it is overcrowded. I felt safe under their care. I didn't doubt their motives at all.

I always have the best experience every time I have an appointment here. Although I have not had much to complain about, I have noticed that they strongly adhere to the customer is always right policy and if anything goes wrong make every effort to correct the situation. I was very glad that they didn't leave me unattended during my consultation. I've been to some other psychiatrists that left me alone during my consultation, and I felt very ignored, but they didn't do that here. I spent less then fifteen minutes in their waiting room. It was great not to have to rearrange my schedule at all for my appointment. I love how much attention to detail they show. They are always so careful and meticulous. I never have to worry about them making a mistake or forgetting something.

They gave me sufficient information to make a decision about my treatment plan. Getting an appointment with them couldn't be easier. They're always able to give me the appointment time that works for me, and I never have to worry about taking off work or trying to squeeze it in my busy schedule. Every time I come here they always remember me by name and greet me as soon as I walk in the door, even if it's been months since my last appointment. They are so thoughtful and amazingly sweet, I just love this place. They were friendly and made me feel at home. The restrooms at this provider's office were clean and well-maintained. You could tell that they cleaned them regularly.

Everyone in my community knows that they are the absolute best in the field. I was completely at ease during my appointment here. They went to great lengths to make sure I was completely relaxed and comfortable the entire time. They always treated me with the utmost respect, and have never interrupted my appointment to take a personal phone call. One thing I liked about their office, was how easy it was to find parking. I found a spot within a matter of minutes. I haven't seen any coupons or discounts for this provider's office, but I haven't really looked. They never mention anything about promotions when I'm there.

I'm usually somewhat sensitive to the cold, so I was a little worried that their office would be too cold, but it was fine. I was very comfortable the entire time. It wasn’t difficult to get an appointment with them at all. It was nice to be able to get in right away. The staff really knows what they're doing, and they know a lot about the company they work for. They're able to answer most of my questions, and the only ones they don't are the ones they need their boss's approval for. Not only do they never postpone my appointment, they always try to get me in as soon as possible. I love that I can always get an appointment right away, and I never have to worry about them rescheduling it.
