Every question I had was answered, and were always available if I thought of any more questions I wanted answered. I always have the best experience every time I have an appointment here. I have noticed that ETMC strongly adheres to the customer is always right policy and if anything goes wrong makes every effort to correct the situation, or to share knowledge of expertise with the client. It is important to me that the staff is treated professionally and with respect. My expectations of the massage therapy, as well as the courteous treatment I received has been well exceeded. I have recommended Barbara Boehly to all of my family and friends. She is the absolute BEST massage therapist I have ever been to. She truly cares about the well-being of her clients and goes above and beyond serving her clients.

Their primary concern is my safety and comfort, and they always take the time to address every concern of mine immediately. Their office was the absolute perfect temperature. It was so nice to be able to get out of the weather outside and sit in a relaxing, comfortable office. They always dress so professionally here, the entire staff obviously makes an effort to look their best and maintain a very professional appearance. It was so nice to finally find a massage therapist that really goes out of their way to make you feel valued and important. They were so friendly that I felt like I could be one of their closest friends and it helped me feel relaxed immediately.

As far as massages go this is one of the best ones I have ever had. I have told many how much I enjoy their massage! Never hard to get an appointment. They have a very flexible schedule and get me in quickly every time. I really admire them for being more than willing to ask for help when I tell them about other health therapy I get from other professionals. They are very friendly & never rush you! I'm confident they always have my best interest at heart. They always dress so professionally and smile all the time! The entire staff obviously makes an effort to look their best and maintain a very professional appearance. It's a very relaxing experience!!

Not only were they able to provide everything they promised me, they went above and beyond and exceeded my expectations. I was in awe at the level of service I received. They completely surpassed all my expectations and I will absolutely be going back. Their equipment was very advanced and sophisticated. I was very impressed. There was lots of available parking at their office. I was glad that I didn't have to drive around looking for parking. They always take that extra step to make me feel special. I always enjoy my appointments here.
