Jolynn is the best overall massage therapist I have found in the Madison area because she has a great sense of where tight areas are and applies pressure accordingly. I like deeper pressure and she is great with this. She is very responsive to me on the days I don't want to talk much and instead just want a great massage. I will absolutely return.

Definitely, and they adjusted the massage to meet my demands

They answered my questions and spent a lot of time with me. I didn't feel like they were trying to rush my appointment at all. They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. I will absolutely return. I had an amazing experience, and they were by far the best I've ever seen. They go out of their way to make everyone feel equally respected and cared for. I've seen client favoritism at some of the other places I've been, and I really appreciate the extra effort they make to avoid that here. They've never been late to any of my appointments. I've even showed up early sometimes and they've always been ready and prepared.

Not at all! They were the perfect temperature

Not at all! They gave me my full massage, and it was fantastic!

I was a little worried that they would end my massage early, because I've had that happen at other places, but they didn't at all. They gave me a very long massage, and it was fantastic. They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen. Putting their customers first is definitely a priority here and it shows. They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. Their primary concern is what's best for me, and they only give me the advice that would benefit me the most. Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, they take time out of their day to send me a reminder so I don't forget. They are extremely reliable.
