I usually have to wait on hold for quite a while, but not as long as some other places

They are completely committed to helping me as long as it takes to find the best solution. I never have to worry that they'll back out or give up if a solution isn't reached immediately, which has been a problem for me at other places. Not only do they never postpone my appointment, they always try to get me in as soon as possible. I love that I can always get an appointment right away, and I never have to worry about them rescheduling it. This is one of the friendliest and most welcoming offices I've ever visited. They put in the extra effort to make me feel valued and important.

They are completely committed to helping me as long as it takes to find the best solution. I never have to worry that they'll back out or give up if a solution isn't reached immediately, which has been a problem for me at other places. I'm usually somewhat sensitive to the cold, so I was a little worried that their office would be too cold, but it was fine. I was very comfortable the entire time. They are always prepared for my appointment and remember everything about me. Not only were they able to provide everything they promised me, they went above and beyond and exceeded my expectations.

Definitely! It was one of the best looking offices I've ever seen!
