Whenever I called with a question or concern, the staff made me feel stupid for calling. I avoided calling because I didn't want to feel stupid. The chairs in the waiting room were pretty standard I suppose. They served their purpose while I was waiting, but it would have been nice if they were a little more comfortable.

There was lots of available parking at their office. I was glad that I didn't have to drive around looking for parking. I was able to relax during my appointment here. Everyone makes sure you are comfortable and at ease.

Not at all, it was very peaceful and quiet

Absolutely! I'm always able to get my questions answered over the phone right away!

I really felt comfortable and secure in their care. The equipment was safe and well taken care of and appeared to be pretty sophisticated. I never have to worry about them overbooking appointments. They definitely believe in quality over quantity here and it is much appreciated. It was nice to hear how much the staff respected them. It made me that much more confident that I was under the care of a professional. I could tell that they took pride in their office's appearance. It was very well organized and well taken care of. They always go above and beyond to help me with anything I need. They never complain about anything, and I know I can always count on them.
