AWFUL experience EVERY TIME.

There is no real separation area for well visits and sick children.
The newborn area is a small closet sized space in a little hallway that everyone passes through to get to the bathroom.
Every time we had an appointment, we waited at LEAST an hour and a half to even get into an exam room and another hour before he even came in.
The last time I took my child in, the nurses were arguing with each other in front of us. They were rude and didn't have the vaccinations my child needed in stock. That was it for me.

I just felt like the office staff was very unprofessional and the office itself could use a lot of renovations. It felt dirty.

We have been seeing Dr T since 2005 and have always been happy with his responsiveness to our children's health care needs. He provides office visits in both Huntsville (next to Crestwood) and in Madison off West Dublin. They split their days to be half at each clinic except for one day a week they are in Huntsville all day.

I can usually get in same day when needed for a sick appointment and at the latest the next morning. He will stay late as well until all patients are seen.

The only thing I do not like is the wait time. When I call for a sick appointment, I understand there could be a wait since I called that day and they are working me in, but when I have an appointment scheduled and he doesn't show up until 10 mins after the appointment is scheduled for it gets frustrating.

Dr T is a good doctor though and so we have stuck with him, but I just wish I could change the wait times.

Definitely not. They were unaware of my situation, even though they had my information

The staff didn't seem to know very much, they couldn't ever answer my questions

Yes, I barely had any time to ask questions

I was left alone for a while, but it wasn't too long

Yes, they have a nurse practitioner or doctor on staff when the pediatrician is unavailable

I love how attentive they are here. Even when notified that they have a personal phone call, they always wait to take it later. Their full attention is always on me and it makes me feel special. They are always prepared for my appointment and remember everything about me. They have really great customer service here. They always put their customers first, regardless of the situation. They almost always have a promotion or special going on. Whether its a complimentary consultation for new clients or a percent-off a certain service, I always get some sort of discount.

No, they were out of everything!

A few, but not too many

All the time! I think I got a gray hair while I was waiting

Not really, they mostly ignored my child
