I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. Not only did I find a parking spot right away, but I knew my car was safe because the spots were designated and close to the entrance. I am always so impressed with how quickly my calls are answered here. I am never put on hold for a long time and love knowing that if I have a quick question I won't have to wait a half hour through terrible music to get it answered. It was very easy to get an appointment. They have a very flexible schedule and get me in quickly every time. I couldn't believe how patient they were with first-time mothers. It didn't matter how basic the first-time mother's question was, they were always happy to spend time explaining everything to them.

Yes, in fact they had two separate rooms!

I was very satisfied with my visit. They were helpful and I left feeling encouraged. I love that they never over-treat my child, and only do procedures that are needed. I've heard of some doctors that will prescribe expensive tests for everything, but they've never done that here. It was easy to get the appointment time that worked for my schedule. They are always prepared for my appointment and make sure that my children get the care they need. I really appreciate that my kids are taken very good care of at their facility.

All the parents in my community respect them, and recommended that I bring my child there. They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. There was no annoying music playing while I waited or during my visit. I appreciated that they didn't have that typical elevator music on. I appreciated that they allowed me to accompany my child, and didn't make me wait in the waiting room. It's always made me nervous when I wasn't allowed to be with my child at other places.

I waited longer than I wanted to, but it wasn't terrible

Not really. I usually have to wait a long time

All of them! They also gave me more information that I wasn't aware of
