I knew I was getting top-of-the-line treatment when they told me about what they learned at the latest conference they attended, and how they were incorporating that knowledge into the practice. I'm always amazed at how considerate and concerned they are for my well-being. Their advice is always wonderful and completely unbiased. It was very easy to get an appointment. They have a very flexible schedule and get me in quickly every time. I didn't have to wait at all after I arrived for my appointment. They were running right on time, which is a really big deal for me. Dr. Herrick has really made my quality of life much better.

David Herrick is, and always will be, my hero. He gave me a Spinal Cord Stimulator implant that has done wonders for my pain. He and his staff treat everyone with respect, dignity and kindness; it's like you're family. I have "bumped" into Dr. Herrick a few times while just out in public (like at restaurants and once at a concert) and he has always remembered my name and has treated me like a friend. He's the greatest!

I feel like they go out of their way to accommodate my schedule. I always get the appointment time I want. The staff really knows what they're doing, and they know a lot about the company they work for. They're able to answer most of my questions, and the only ones they don't are the ones they need their boss's approval for. They answered my questions. I didn't feel like they were trying to rush my appointment at all. The entire staff obviously makes an effort to look their best and maintain a very professional appearance. I always enjoy my appointments here.
