As good a going to a doctor gets (I hate going to doctors.) Dr. Rawls is both knowledgeable and caring. The office staff was great! I am actually seen on time, not something I am accustomed to in a doctor's office.

Never, they are very reliable.

No, they are really great about answering the phone right away

I am always so impressed with how quickly my calls are answered here. I am never put on hold for a long time and love knowing that if I have a quick question I won't have to wait a half hour through terrible music to get it answered. I could tell that they took pride in their office's appearance. It was very well organized and well taken care of. They made sure that their qualifications were obvious. I was confident that I was under the care of a professional. What I liked was how friendly the doctor and staff were here. I felt welcomed and think I will be returning.

Their office was one of the quietest, most peaceful places I've ever visited. I was able to relax very easily. They have a very good professional reputation. I know that I'm under the care of an expert. What I really loved was how friendly the doctor and staff were here. I felt so welcome and will definitely be with them for the long haul. The one thing that I really enjoy about this place is their high level of customer service. Their full attention is always on me and they never take personal calls during my appointment. I've been to other places that answer their phone and it just drives me crazy.
