They definitely favor certain clients, and make an extra effort to help those clients. I was afraid that they wouldn't help me if they didn't like me. When I told them about my situation, they were somewhat understanding, but they could have been more caring. They didn't try very hard to understand where I was coming from. I wasn't greeted at all when I walked in the door. No one seemed to notice or care that I was there.

Their office was one of the quietest, most peaceful places I've ever visited. I was able to relax very easily. They would never suggest that I buy something that wasn't necessary, and never pressured me. They were always very considerate and professional. One of the first things I noticed about this business was the level of detail and attention to make the building handicap-accessible. Even the bathrooms were designed to be accessible with doors wide enough to accommodate wheelchairs and grab bars in the stalls. You could tell they really made an effort to accommodate people with all different needs. The waiting area here is extremely spacious. There is never overcrowding and everything is spaced appropriately.

It was very easy to get an appointment. They have a very flexible schedule and get me in quickly every time. One thing I noticed about their office was how absolutely fantastic it smelled. They must clean or sanitize all the time. I never have to worry about them overbooking appointments. They definitely believe in quality over quantity here and it is much appreciated. I couldn't believe how great their office looked. It was very obvious that they took pride in the office's appearance. It was one of the best looking offices I've ever seen.
