The front desk receptionist is extremely rude and has been so in all our families last 3 visits. Also this office doesn't see it fit to fax prescriptions in to nationwide pharmacies for their patients....amazing. We are changing doctors now....Dr Yawn is great, but he needs to work on his main front desk clerk and basic services provided.

He/she would never do that! Their full attention is always on me.
Did the staff make you feel uncomfortable when you called with questions or concerns?
Somewhat, they should have been more polite
Was the waiting area spacious?

Absolutely! It couldn't have been easier!

I will absolutely return. I had an amazing experience, and they were by far the best I've ever seen. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. I am always so impressed with how quickly my calls are answered here. I am never put on hold for a long time and love knowing that if I have a quick question I won't have to wait a half hour through terrible music to get it answered. They always made sure that I wasn't in any pain. Not only did I find a parking spot right away, but I knew my car was safe because the spots were designated and close to the entrance.
