I was very disappointed with my visit to Dr. Dykema. I have a prepaid medical flex payment card that I have used for all my medical and dental needs that the front office staff would not accept. I tried explaining to her that it is just like a debit card that you just swipe and you are paid. She clearly did not understand and in the end I was not able to see the doctor. I beleive that her office help need to be trained in the medical payment options of the 21st century. There was more than enough on the card to pay her office charge in full and anything else I may have needed.
