They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed. They explained all the risks and benefits of my treatment options. Everything was explained in detail, all my questions were answered, and I felt a lot better about choosing a treatment plan. The waiting area here is extremely spacious. There is never overcrowding and everything is spaced appropriately. I've never had to worry about them being understaffed or not being able to help me right when I need it. They have a huge staff that's very knowledgeable and qualified. Every time I come here, I am greeted as soon as I walk in the door.
Dr. Harris is very knowledgeable and took the time I needed with rushing me. I've been going to this office for several years and will continue to do so, even though I live in east Mesa, the drive is always worth it.

Absolutely not! I was never uncomfortable

They ignored my questions and my appointment seemed rushed. They mis-informed me. Caused me problems both financially and medically. Never seemed to care about me I was just another person they saw. I felt like they were just trying to make money off me. Not only did they not review my medical history before my appointment, but they didn't go over anything in the actual exam. When I told them I was having a problem with a medication they gave me the exact same medication in a different form that left me sick & in pain for a total of 4 years untill I saw someone else who actually knew what they were doing. Also, my friend was seeing them and they never even showed up when she was in the delivery room or checked in on her status... the worst place... will NEVER go back!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Everyone in my community knows that they are the absolute best in the field. They were very sympathetic to my situation, and made me feel cared for. I knew that I could count on them at all times. Whatever cologne they were wearing was one of the best I've ever smelled. It made my experience that much more enjoyable. Their staff is very friendly and professional. They make sure to treat all their clients equally and without favoritism. I've always hated it when I've seen favoritism going on at other places I've visited. It's nice that it doesn't happen here.
