They always take that extra step to make me feel special. I always enjoy my appointments here. They always have an immediate answer for me when I call with a question. They would never try to get me to make an appointment unless I really needed one. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. I didn't wait long at all. My appointment started on time, and the wait was much shorter than other offices I have been to. I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here.

I would never recommend them to anyone. They were terrible. Though getting an appt was effortless, once you get there expect to wait at least 25 minutes before seeing the doctor. The front office staff (the man) is as rude as they come and has no manners whatsoever. The back office person (Rose) has a frown on her face constantly and makes my blood pressure rise unnecessarily. The office itself is out-dated with magazines over 9 months old. They take too long to return calls with tests results and even longer to refill prescriptions. KEEP AWAY!! Hannibal Lector would be a better doctor!!
