Former patient of Doc Norman - who was great. Just went to the practice's new location and was appalled. Their new office used to be a vet clinic, and you can tell by the smell. Doc's breath smell worse than the lobby. She walked in with another patient's chart and didn't realize it until I pointed out that my pulse is never 80, as I could see on the chart and that I don't have high blood pressure. She was ready to crucify the young woman she thought just "put numbers" for something that was her fault. Complete scatter-brained airhead, said she would give me Keflex for my allergy to, you guessed it, Keflex - the reason I came to the office. Wouldn't give me Lamisil without a liver function check, though I had been given it before and was told to have it checked after the first 30day course if more was needed. I am in good health. Liver function was fine after a month on it. I conceded and got the stupid blood test. Tech put on her gloves, then rummaged through the cabinets, then tried to take my blood and failed. More experienced girl came in and did it pretty well. Wish Doc Norman would come out of retirement. The folks who bought his practice, need more practice...
I wasn't worried about their equipment. It was safe and well taken care of. I will definitely recommend them to people I know. I felt very safe in their care. I definitely trust them. I will definitely refer my friends and family here. They were great and I think more people should know about them. The only problem is that this doctor is good and patients return more than once, meaning his staff has a hard time keeping up with the day to day tasks in the office, and the waiting room can get a bit crowded.
