They put in the extra effort to make me feel valued and important. There was lots of available parking at their office. I was glad that I didn't have to drive around looking for parking. They made sure that their qualifications were obvious. I was confident that I was under the care of a professional. They always go out of their way to make me feel encouraged and cared for. I always feel completely comfortable and I look forward to my appointments. They never left me for an extended period of time and I never felt ignored.
