They're always able to answer simple questions over the phone. They only make me schedule appointments if necessary. They made sure that their qualifications were obvious. I was confident that I was under the care of a professional. I appreciated how easy it was to get an appointment with them. I was able to talk with them way before my surgery, and I felt much more comfortable going into surgery. I haven't seen any coupons or discounts for this provider's office, but I haven't really looked. They never mention anything about promotions when I'm there.
