I could tell that they took pride in their office's appearance. It was very well organized and well taken care of. They have really great customer service here. They always put their customers first, regardless of the situation. They always take the time to listen to me. I know they really care about me and what I have to say. They explained all the risks and benefits of my treatment options. Everything was explained in detail, all my questions were answered, and I felt a lot better about choosing a treatment plan. I appreciated the thoroughness in discovering the cause of the symptoms rather than just treating my symptoms. I felt that Dr. Berger wanted to give me the best possible course of action for my case.

Gets mad when you're not using the medication he has prescribed. Their staff is very friendly and professional. He seems to try many approaches to fix the problem.

They were one of the kindest, most caring staff I've ever dealt with. It didn't matter how many times I called with a question or concern, they were always happy to help me. Whenever I make an appointment, I'm always confident that they're going to be ready for me at my scheduled time. At other places I've been to, it's always bothered me when they postpone my appointment, but they've never done that here. I didn't have to wait at all after I arrived for my appointment. They were running right on time, which is a really big deal for me. They were very sympathetic to my situation, and made me feel cared for. I knew that I could count on them at all times. I was able to relax during my appointment here. Everyone makes sure you are comfortable and at ease.

This office is pretty buttoned up with the way they do things. It is pretty easy to get in, especially if you are ok with seeing a Physician's assistant or Nurse Practicioner. I do this almost always as I like to avoid Dr. Berger. He is knowledgable but very pompous. I don't feel that he is very good at listening to patients. This office is very big on prescribing meds. I feel that they are constantly pushing prescriptions.
