They always make sure to return my phone call as soon as possible. They've never left me waiting. The one thing that I really enjoy about this place is their high level of customer service. Their full attention is always on me and they never take personal calls during my appointment. I've been to other places that answer their phone and it just drives me crazy. I considered their waiting area chairs to be pretty comfortable. I didn't mind waiting at all. Just as a side note, I was very impressed with how conveniently located this business was and how close it was to other shopping centers. It was so easy to find, I didn't have any trouble at all. The waiting room here is spacious. I never feel like I have to sit too close to someone or that it is overcrowded.

Their prices were very fair. The level of care you get for the price is outstanding. The waiting room here is spacious. I never feel like I have to sit too close to someone or that it is overcrowded. They would never suggest that I buy something that wasn't necessary, and never pressured me. They were always very considerate and professional. They were one of the kindest, most caring staff I've ever dealt with. It didn't matter how many times I called with a question or concern, they were always happy to help me.

They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else. They put in the extra effort to make me feel valued and important. I was in awe at the level of service I received. They completely surpassed all my expectations and I will absolutely be going back.

Dr. Jacoby is clearly interested in her clients, in how they feel. Has a great sense of humour and is generally very warm and friendly. One of the best doctors I've ever been to, if not the best.
