The staff really knows what they're doing, and they know a lot about the company they work for. They're able to answer most of my questions, and the only ones they don't are the ones they need their boss's approval for. Their office was one of the quietest, most peaceful places I've ever visited. I was able to relax very easily. They go out of their way to make everyone feel equally respected and cared for. I've seen client favoritism at some of the other places I've been, and I really appreciate the extra effort they make to avoid that here. I love how much attention to detail they show. They are always so careful and meticulous. I never have to worry about them making a mistake or forgetting something. It was so nice to arrive and see many fully qualified staff members. I've gone to some places that were very understaffed and I've never had a good experience. This place had a great staff though, and I'll definitely be going back.

I drive over 40 miles, specifically to see Dr. Cotterell. He's willing to listen, has a great staff, and I always feel like I got the best medical care possible. I love that he considers many different treatment modalities when he is determining what is best for his patient. He cares.
