My personal preference is to be as informed as possible about my alinement diagnosis and treatment, and to me, Dr Wing seemed very knowledgeable in more than one expert field of medicine, Dr wing took the time to thoughtfully explain my benefit side effect treatment options and his recommendation which I follow.

It was obvious that the Doctor neither know how to interact with Kids nor have any concern about their feelings ( my daughter is 5 Years old) I was real nervous about my daughter mental state. I did not feel my daughter is safe at all in their care. I definitely had doubts about Dr Wing qualifications. I would never recommend him to anyone. They were terrible. Everything I told them seemed to go in one ear and out the other. I didn't feel like they cared about what I had to say at all. The strengest thing is that when they put my daughter under the nitrous oxide I was told that I have to leave the room and can not be with my 5 years old daugter in the same room during the treatment! By the way the operating room is downstairs while the waiting room is one floor above. When I questioned why I can not be present during the treatment, the nurse goes "Dr Wing along with other doctors do not like to have anyone present during operation on patients. I tried to explain that my daughter would be more cooperative if I am there. The nurse went and spoke to Doctor Wing privately who refused right away! Since I was not about to leave my 5 years old daughter with a complete stranger downstairs while I wait upstairs. So, I explained that if they are going to operate on my daughter I have to be present or I will have to go to another Doctor. The nurse informed the Doctor who right away got very angry and yelled at her to inform me to leave!

Furthermore, in the first appointment I was told ot pay $75 in advace since my insurance will not cover this. So I did. Today I found out that they billed the insurance and got paid $70 dollars. So they collected twice (from me and then from the insurance).
