They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. They are completely committed to helping me as long as it takes to find the best solution. I never have to worry that they'll back out or give up if a solution isn't reached immediately, which has been a problem for me at other places. They never left me for an extended period of time and I never felt ignored.

I was confident that they were using the latest treatment methods. They always go above and beyond to help me with anything I need. They never complain about anything, and I know I can always count on them. I am always so impressed with how quickly my calls are answered here. I am never put on hold for a long time and love knowing that if I have a quick question I won't have to wait a half hour through terrible music to get it answered. The doctor was so friendly and nice, I really couldn't ask for more. I felt so welcome there. They made sure that their qualifications were obvious. I was confident that I was under the care of a professional.

I felt very safe in their care. I definitely trust them. Every single one of my questions were answered during the appointment. I was so relieved that they were able to give me so much useful information. Not only did I find a parking spot right away, but I knew my car was safe because the spots were designated and close to the entrance. They were so kind and attentive to me. I didn't have to worry about them arguing with me, or contradicting what I had to say, which has been a problem for me at other places.
