They've never dismissed any of my concerns as unimportant, and take every concern of mine very seriously. They definitely didn't have enough staff members on hand. It seemed like one person was trying to do everything, and I ended up waiting for a very long time. The woman in the office who runs the office (his wife) over powers the patient doctor time with her input while the doctor chimes in every once in a while. She is not an MD nor has the knowledge to advise about medications etc. She greatly overpowers every appointment and is very unprofessionally dressed, and speaks very harshly. She is the primary reason I have considered leaving him as my doctor. Their office was nice and quiet. I was worried it would be overly loud but it was fine. This provider has no helpful information available online, apart from their address and phone number. They just have a basic listings page. I really like the chairs they have in their waiting room. .

The office was easy to locate. (Wait - who cares about the chairs in the waiting room??? This site asks stupid questions) The staff was very helpful & Dr. Cogen diagnosed a problem EVERYONE else had missed. I did wait for hours, though - but decided he was well worth the wait.

They were so kind and attentive to me. I didn't have to worry about them arguing with me, or contradicting what I had to say, which has been a problem for me at other places. They really go above and beyond to make me feel special. I've never been anywhere that seems to care more about their clients than here. Their primary concern is my safety and comfort, and they always take the time to address every concern of mine immediately. I was in awe at the level of service I received. They completely surpassed all my expectations and I will absolutely be going back.
