I'm always amazed at how considerate and concerned they are for my well-being. Their advice is always wonderful and completely unbiased. It was nice to see them treat their staff with so much respect. It was obvious that they had a good relationship with all of their staff members. They've stayed open past their closing times many times when I've needed help. They've never turned me away when I've needed them. I am going to refer everyone I know here. I absolutely love this place. Whenever I called with a question or concern, the staff made me feel stupid for calling. I avoided calling because I didn't want to feel stupid.

They would never suggest that I buy something that wasn't necessary, and never pressured me. They were always very considerate and professional. They've never dismissed any of my concerns as unimportant, and take every concern of mine very seriously. I felt very safe in their care. I definitely trust them.
