I was explained every possible side effect before being prescribed medication, and was fully informed about both the positive and negative outcomes, and the risks of procedures. They were extremely informative. I feel like they go out of their way to accommodate my schedule. I always get the appointment time I want. They never left me for an extended period of time and I never felt ignored. They seemed really knowledgeable and were able to answer all my questions in-depth. I understood all my options fully and they really took the time to make sure my questions were answered.
