I'm a military veteran and contacted Dr. Via's office for an appointment to do an exam to support my VA claim. When they heard it was for a claim, they said they didn't want to get involved. I wrote Dr. Via a letter requesting clarification, but he never answered. Veterans shouldn't waste their time with this doctor.

Let me just say that this business is in one of the safest areas around and you will be pleasantly surprised at how lovely the surroundings are. They keep the restrooms well-stocked here, and not just with the basics. There is mouthwash, lotion and other amenities. You can tell they want their clients to be as comfortable as possible. They always dress so professionally here, the entire staff obviously makes an effort to look their best and maintain a very professional appearance. It is obvious that their office is cleaned regularly. It was fantastic.

The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. They had quite a few interesting magazines, which made my time in the waiting room go by much faster. They always take that extra step to make me feel special. I always enjoy my appointments here. I was confident that they were using the latest treatment methods. I had to wait for a little while after I arrived for my appointment, but I've had to wait longer at other places.
