I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here. I never have to worry about them overbooking appointments. They definitely believe in quality over quantity here and it is much appreciated. I never had to doubt their qualifications. They made their credentials completely obvious, which made me feel a lot safer. They were one of the kindest, most caring staff I've ever dealt with. It didn't matter how many times I called with a question or concern, they were always happy to help me. I don't think I have ever been put on hold here for a long time and am so impressed with how quickly all of my questions are answered. There's nothing worse than having to wait on hold for a half an hour just to get someone to talk to you.

I've been places before where they were argumentative and angry, so I was nervous that I would encounter that here as well. Instead, they were very calm and understanding the entire time. I could tell they really care about everyone who visits them. Their staff is very friendly and welcoming. They were attentive to my needs and answered all my questions courteously. I was completely at ease during my appointment here. The office temperature felt comfortable to me. I am usually too warm.
