I love how much attention to detail they show. They are always so careful and meticulous. I never have to worry about them making a mistake or forgetting something. They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else. I knew I was getting top-of-the-line treatment when they told me about what they learned at the latest conference they attended, and how they were incorporating that knowledge into the practice.

I would highly recommend Kathleen Farinacci. Just based on my one recent visit with her, it was clear that she had a vast wealth of knowledge in her field, and years of experience that contributed to her overall expertise. She was personable, caring, and easy to talk to. What perhaps stood out most was how much information she gathered about my own experiences on and off different medications before making her recommendations. She was a psychiatrist who truly listened before making a judgement about what's best. I walked out of the session feeling reassured, comfortable, and confident in the advice she gave. I've seen numerous psychiatrists for my anxiety, panic attacks, and depression, and she stood out as one of the very best.

Their primary concern is my safety and comfort, and they always take the time to address every concern of mine immediately. I will absolutely return. I had an amazing experience, and they were by far the best I've ever seen. Just as a side note, I was very impressed with how conveniently located this business was and how close it was to other shopping centers. It was so easy to find, I didn't have any trouble at all. It is obvious that their office is cleaned regularly. It was fantastic. They were absolutely amazing and make others in the same field look like beginners.
