Dr. Phillips seems genuinely concerned with providing necessary and appropriate care for my son. He has an easy rapport with my son and gets down on the floor to interact with him. His office is in the medical building next to Sherman Oaks Hospital and there was ample parking at a reasonable rate. His office does not validate. Dr. Phillips is also affiliated with Front Point, a full service child/adolescent psychological/psychiatric provider located in Pasadena.
