Dr Rhoades and his staff are very good. They try to keep the restrooms stocked, but sometimes they run out of stuff (the staff cannot anticipate what people will do in their restrooms). Dr Rhoades and one of his PA's do very well taking their time with me/others, and they don't mind answering my questions. However, one PA is always running late, and everyone suffers as a result! I've never felt like an annoyance no matter how many questions I have. Occationally I spend too much time in the waiting room, however, I've waited longer at other offices. When my winter asthma acts up, and the "smokers" are in the waiting room, the staff goes out of their way so I can sit elsewhere.

I will absolutely be returning there again. I would choose them over anyone else in the field in a heartbeat. Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, they take time out of their day to send me a reminder so I don't forget. They are extremely reliable. They were able to provide me everything they promised me. I've never doubted their abilities. They were very qualified and knowledgeable. I could tell that they've been doing their job well for quite a while. Their office was most peaceful. I was able to relax very easily.

Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Don't have to wait very long. Reasonable prices, in fact, did not charge me while I was on a patient assistant program. Dr. Rhoades is patient, pleasant, knows his specialty, takes the time to remember me, and treats me with respect.
