This is undoubtedly the worst medical care in all of Colorado Springs. I encourage you to read other patient reviews on other reputable sites. The doctor is only there to make money. I have been a good and compliant self-pay patient for about three years and suddenly had troubles refilling my prescription. I used to like Dr. Erickson because she was seemingly in agreement with my decision not to take too many meds. I cut myself down to one pill out of about 7 I took when I started going here and lost 85 lbs. Suddenly, her office staff started "losing" prescription refills from my pharmacy and I had to call every month and beg for meds...sometimes not getting them until my reserves from when I cut myself down were long gone. These are dangerous meds that have severe withdrawal symptoms so I could not imagine a real doctor would put a patient in harm's way by cutting them off suddenly, but her decision was reaffirmed by the fact that she never called me back and when I was short with her office staff INSISTING she call me back, she simply put a certified mail in an envelope and told me she was not going to be my doctor anymore due to my need for "ongoing care" (An assessment I cannot understand since she hasn't seen me in almost a year and had a stranger stand in at my last appointment). Don't go here. The care and the office staff are horrible. READ THE OTHER REVIEW SITES and other people's reveiews if you don't believe me. I'm sending them in to the medical board with my complaints.
