I have been using this Provider for a long time. We (my family and me) are extremely pleased with the care we have received from Dr. Frickman, Stacy Davisson and Carmen. Once I was five (5) minutes late for an appointment and one of the other nurses came out and spoke to me in a very loud, rude voice in front of the other patients. It was extremely hurtful and embarrassing. Recently, A new Receptionist did not believe me when I told her we did not have a co-pay for laboratory services. Instead, she made me and my son (who was not feeling well at all) wait while she grabbed someone I had never met before who stood at the front counter in front of my son and the other patients and argued with me and berated me - all over $20 I knew I did not have to pay, yet she continued to argue with me and insisted on billing me. It was a horrible experience. When I returned home, I called the Insurance company who confirmed I was correct and said they would be more than happy to relay that information to the billing staff.

I called and left a message for the Office Manager, who was not there. I would like a full apology from the involved staff so as to prevent this same type of rudeness from not only happening to me and my family, but to other patients as well.

They were so easy to reach in an emergency, they answered my call immediately. It is a relief to know that I can count on them to always be there for me when I need them the most. When I arrived for my appointment the friendly staff seemed to be waiting for me. I've been to other places where I had to wait forever after I arrived for my appointment, but not here. I was very impressed. They were one of the kindest, most caring staff I've ever dealt with. It didn't matter how many times I called with a question or concern, they were always happy to help me. I'm always amazed at how considerate and concerned they are for my well-being. Their advice is always wonderful and completely unbiased.
