One thing I noticed about their office was how absolutely fantastic it smelled. They must clean or sanitize all the time. They were by far one of the best I've ever seen in their field. It was obvious that they've been exceeding their clients' expectations for many years. Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, they take time out of their day to send me a reminder so I don't forget. They are extremely reliable. They always return my phone calls quickly. I always know that I'll get a prompt answer to my question. They always go above and beyond to help me with anything I need. They never complain about anything, and I know I can always count on them.

The wait wasn't terrible, but it wasn't the best

I usually have to wait on hold for quite a while, but not as long as some other places

Not really, I've never seen them go above and beyond

Yes, the office was well organized and taken care of

No, I didn't notice an odor

Not at all! They are always respectful and courteous!
