I love the way that they interact with both me and my child every time we visit. They always respect my child's individuality and make an extra effort to always include them. I've never seen anyone who is more respected by their staff. The entire staff only had great things to say about working there, and it made me want to return all the more. There was lots of available parking at their office. I was glad that I didn't have to drive around looking for parking. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all.

They make an extra effort to get to know their patients and find out what they need. They always remember me and make me feel very important. My child absolutely loves Catherine Daley, MD. They are so kid-friendly and act like my child's best friend. This doctor has great bedside manner. The chairs in the waiting room were pretty standard I suppose. They served their purpose while we were waiting, but it would have been nice if my child and I were a little more comfortable.
They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have.

I couldn't believe how patient they were with first-time mothers. It didn't matter how basic the first-time mother's question was, they were always happy to spend time explaining everything to them. They explained all the risks and benefits of my treatment options. Everything was explained in detail, all my questions were answered, and I felt a lot better about choosing a treatment plan. They would never suggest that I buy something that wasn't necessary, and never pressured me. They were always very considerate and professional. My child absolutely loves Catherine Daley, MD. They are so kid-friendly and act like my child's best friend. This doctor has great bedside manner.

They never take that extra step to make me feel special. I haven't ever felt that they care enough to get to know me and that I'm almost an irritation. I don't think they have any qualifications! There definitely wasn't anything displayed. I was completely distressed during my appointment. I was unable to relax and ended up having to leave. I was worried that they were going to wear an obnoxious cologne, because I've dealt with that at other places, but they didn't even wear cologne. It was fantastic to be able to breathe freely the entire time. I had to wait forever after I arrived for my appointment. They were running really behind and I was disappointed because it threw off the rest of my day.
