I felt very safe in their care. I definitely trust them. They always take that extra step to make me feel special. I always enjoy my appointments here. They were ready to see me when I showed up for my appointment. I never had to wait for them to show up. I had two rhinoplasty surgeries prior meeting doctor Dalsaso Jr. My nose was looking very bad because of prior surgeries. I visited doctor Dalsaso for around 6 times, for every time, he gave me Kenalog shot and made my nose loose scar tissues, then finally he performed a WONDERFUL SURGERY. I can not forget this surgery, it gave an awsome result. Doctor Dalsaso really reshaped my nose, it looks now natural to my face. I would say he is a gift from God. I pray for him and his family.

Absolutely not! I was never uncomfortable

No, they were ready for me right after I arrived.
Were you informed about the company's policies for the cost of a second procedure if something were to go wrong?
Yes! They gave me detailed, written information about their policies

Absolutely! This provider always listens carefully to what I have to say!
Did you experience excessive complications after your surgery?
Not at all! I recovered very quickly

They consistently dismiss my concerns and accuse me of making problems up. I don't trust them to ever actually look into my concerns and see if they're valid. Apparently they haven't ever heard of the saying "the customer's always right" here, nor the oath Doctor take, first do no harm. Having a high level of patient need doesn't appear to be their top priority. It was pretty hard to find the building, but I eventually found it. They make no effort to make me feel special. I don't think they appreciate my loyalty to them. This medical person acted as if I was a bother to him. Was rude asking questions over and over to seem trying to catch me in a lie. Remarked of my age, personal appearance could not give a reason for the problem and denied that there really was a problem. Would not give any recourse to correct my problem. If you are looking for a doctor that acutally listens to your concerns and does all possible to bring you to health, do not see this doctor.
