They made no attempt to follow up with me after my appointment. It isn't a big deal, but it does say something about the overall atmosphere of the office. They didn't display their qualifications. It made me nervous. Whenever I have a question, even if it's very basic, they always make me schedule an appointment, which is extremely frustrating.

Not at all, it was very peaceful and quiet
