Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, they take time out of their day to send me a reminder so I don't forget. They are extremely reliable. They definitely care about patient comfort because they have the best waiting room chairs I've ever seen. I could have easily taken a quick nap while waiting for my appointment. They really go above and beyond to make me feel special. I've never been anywhere that seems to care more about their clients than here. They are so kind and caring. They wouldn't deny anyone that needed help. I know I can always count on them. Dr. Marshall is the best Doctor ever. He talks to me about stuff and I feel very comforatable with him. He makes me feel better all the time. He is only one who can put my hip back where it belongs!

No, but they said they were going to!

They always go above and beyond to help me with anything I need. They never complain about anything, and I know I can always count on them. I was amazed at how wonderfully they treated each of their staff members. They were so appreciative and thankful. I've never seen any employer treat their staff better, and it made me want to come back that much more. They were by far one of the best I've ever seen in their field. It was obvious that they've been exceeding their clients' expectations for many years. They make an extra effort to get to know their patients and find out what they need. They always remember me and make me feel very important. They were so easy to reach in an emergency, they answered my call immediately. It is a relief to know that I can count on them to always be there for me when I need them the most.
