This is a very busy office. None the less they do their best to keep it going.. From the girls behind the desk, to the medical assistants and My Wonderful Dr.Roy. I feel they provide top quality care. I don't mind waiting a little longer to get the best care and time my doctor can provide to me. Also the nursing staff is wonderful in answering your questions without having to speak directly to the doctor.

Not at all, they had plenty of staff members to help me whenever I needed assistance
Did a staff member acknowledge or greet you when you entered?
Immediately! They gave me a friendly greeting as soon as I walked in

I will absolutely return. I love dr. Roy! I have recommended him to SEVERAL friends and, actually all my female co-workers use him! he is the best!!!

Never, they go out of their way to address every concern of mine immediately

Absolutely! This provider always listens carefully to what I have to say!

The wait wasn't terrible, but it wasn't the best

He/she would never do that! Their full attention is always on me.

Absolutely! They aren't arrogant at all and are more than willing to pursue advice when necessary

Every single time, even if it's been months since my last appointment!!

Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, they take time out of their day to send me a reminder so I don't forget. They are extremely reliable. The chairs in their waiting room were some of the best I’ve ever seen. I could have easily dozed off while waiting to see the doctor.

I am always so impressed with how quickly my calls are answered here. I am never put on hold for a long time and love knowing that if I have a quick question I won't have to wait a half hour through terrible music to get it answered. They never left me for an extended period of time and I never felt ignored. They always have an immediate answer for me when I call with a question. They would never try to get me to make an appointment unless I really needed one.
