I have always been able to talk to Doctor Klugman and get my problems resolved. Coming here is like dealing with trusted family. Would not consider changing doctors. I became a patient of Dr Klugman during the most difficult time in my life, losing my father to cancer. He fought it for 2 years and I saw Klugman for most of that time period. I'd been on an antianxiety and antidepressant that had basically stopped working for me and he immediately took me off of it. Started a new med slowly, followed up frequently during dosage changes and medication changes. He suggested a therapist to see while be treated by him and i.am forever grateful. He knows his medications, interactions side effects, etc. He knows his conditions and disorders as well. An extremely capable psychiatrist that I am grateful to.have.

I have been Dr Klugman’s patient fo approximately 15 years- and he’s always been compassionate and attentive. I’m sure he’s saved my life a few times. His approach to medication is always what I seem to need.

Dr. Klugman has been a thoughtful and professional provider for more than a decade. His level of compassion and personal approach are refreshing and reassuring. He provides useful insight and spends the perfect amount of time during each appointment.

Dr. Klugman diagnosed me as bipolar as a 14 year old on my first visit. He immediately put me on lithium and a handful of other meds. I started getting acid reflux because my body struggled to digest ~10 pills daily. I was hospitalized 3 times as a teenager. As soon as I turned 18 and was able to advocate for myself I immediately stopped all meds and went from an emotionless, drugged zombie to a normal kid. This guy legit ruined life for about a decade.

Dr. Klugman is as capable and caring a psychiatrist as anyI have seen, and I know whereof I speak having seen a few. Disregard any atrocious reviews of this doctor and for that matter, at review sites in general; most such reviews are written by kooks, cranks, and people with personality disorders or grudges.

Do not see Dr. kluggman. After explaining to him that the drug he'd put me on was turning me into a zombie, I asked to be taken off of it. His response was "No, I'm going to start you on a second drug". After MUCH arguing, I finally demanded to be titrated off the meds. I am now experiencing horrendous withdrawal symptoms and was discharged, being told to "get a second opinion". Dr. Kluggman is in this purely for profit and nothing else. Do not trust him.
