Nothing short of life changing! I feel alive for the first time in a very long time. Dr. Calabrese and her wonderful staff made the entire process so easy and painless I can’t thank them enough. Best advice I can give you... make an appointment, you won’t regret it.

I have found Dr. Calabrese to be extremely helpful to me. It is very rare, in my opinion to find a professional who actually takes the time to listen to me. She has been very helpful in working with me to help me also find resolution in situations without the need for medication, which I greatly appreciate. The staff also has been very gracious and kind. I have on many occasions referred or shared the experience of the staff as well as the helpfulness of Dr. Lori. This has meant a lot to me personally.

I came into treatment not really knowing what to expect. My intentions were twofold: 1- understand if ketamine therapy could be helpful to me 2- get a second opinion on the current meds I am on and specifically how best to fix the sexual side effect of the anti-depressant while retaining efficacy So far , I have to say the my expectations have been exceeded on both counts. Dr Calabrese helped me understand the mechanism of action for ketamine in a way that was super clear. In addition, she offered up some alternatives in the tricyclic family of anti depressants that could be effective for me and not have the sexual side effects. In terms of the actual treatment itself, I believe the experience of the infusion is very important and Karen is really a spiritual guide through that brief, but intense journey . She made me feel safe and as a result I could really immerse in the treatment The office staff is top notch in terms of intake and using effective modes of electronic communication that make being a customer an easy experience. I also appreciate the decor of the setting and how much thought is put into making this place a relaxing setting

I have seen Dr. Calabrese for many years to manage my meds and for therapy. She is the best at what she does and knows exactly how to manipulate medication without leaving you to hang in misery for a prolonged period of time. The new office staff is great, very professional. Whenever something has to be done they take care of it promptly.

Often times there is a significant wait but the level of care provided makes it worth it. The staff are exceptional and are very easy to deal with. The doctor is the best around and I wouldn't trade her for anyone else.

Wow. Not sure how to describe my experience without sounding like a commercial. Dr. Calabrese and her staff changed my life -- and saved my life in terms of being a functional human person. I had suffered from extreme fatigue for about 15 months when I first saw her. I didn't feel "depressed" in the typical sense, but I was close to simply applying for disability and resigning myself to a much more limited life. Dr. Calabrese addressed the fatigue immediately and also realized much of my dysfunction was coming from the symptoms of adult ADD. My Dad would hate this practice. He doesn't believe in meds for issues of fatigue, energy, depression, motivation or attention. Like many, he thinks sick people should just "tough it out". Thankfully, Dr. Calabrese doesn't feel this way. And it's clear that she and her staff actually care. Not just at the first appointment -- but with each and every follow up meeting or phone call as needed. This is an incredible practice, and I wish more health providers combined the compassion and expertise and open mindedness that they bring to work every day.

I always feel Dr. Calabrese is listening carefully to what I am saying and that our treatment plan is more collaborative than strictly prescribed. She always asks how I feel because she cares. She is unique among psychologists because she has additional training in psychopharmacology; her information is always up to date. I feel very lucky to have found her, my quality of life has improved greatly because of her care.
