They are always prepared for my appointment and remember everything about me. Most of the time, they don't call me back for quite a while, but they've called me back quickly once or twice. It was very easy to get an appointment. The problem is, we usually have to wait a few months to get in. My son had a very poor experience there, but only one time. Usually, they're wonderful. I was disappointed that their staff didn't seem to respect him very much. The hygenist he had was putting him down about his "bad breath" and told him she didn't think he ever brushed his teeth.

Dr. Timothy W. Lawrence of River Valley Pediatric Dentistry refused to continue orthodontic treatment. At the scheduled time, my daughter went in to get her braces removed. She was told by Dr. Lawrence that he would not do the removal. The bill had grown from the price we were told it would be. He wanted payment in full before he would remove the braces. I understand this is professional misconduct because a doctor/dentist cannot begin treatment then refuse to complete the treatment. We never said we would not pay the bill despite how much larger it had become. Two other dentists said they would not take over from a dentist in mid-treatment. So my daughter is stuck with braces on her teeth when it is time for them to come off. Now River Valley won't return our phone calls to resolve this issue.
