I didn't have to wait at all after I arrived for my appointment. They were running right on time, which is a really big deal for me. The waiting room here is spacious. I never feel like I have to sit too close to someone or that it is overcrowded. They're always able to answer simple questions over the phone. They only make me schedule appointments if necessary.

Absolutely! They gave me plenty of information about child safety and nutrition

Never, they go out of their way to address every concern of mine immediately
Was it clear that this provider takes pride in the appearance of his/her office?
Definitely! It was one of the best looking offices I've ever seen!

I'm always amazed at how considerate and concerned they are for my well-being. Their advice is always wonderful and completely unbiased. They never have that typical, annoying music playing here. If they do play music it is soothing and appropriate for the setting. One of the first things I noticed about this business was the level of detail and attention to make the building handicap-accessible. Even the bathrooms were designed to be accessible with doors wide enough to accommodate wheelchairs and grab bars in the stalls. You could tell they really made an effort to accommodate people with all different needs. They were so kind and attentive to me. I didn't have to worry about them arguing with me, or contradicting what I had to say, which has been a problem for me at other places. They had a huge selection of magazines in the waiting room. I was able to find some of my favorites and they kept me entertained while I was waiting for my appointment.

Immediately! They gave me a friendly greeting as soon as I walked in

No, they don't over-treat my child
Does this provider adhere to the customer is always right policy?
Yes, they listen to all complaints and make every effort to correct the situation.
