They barely ever answer any of my questions over the phone, and I've had to make way too many appointments. There was lots of available parking at their office. I was glad that I didn't have to drive around looking for parking. They had some annoying music playing in the background here, but it didn't bother me much. It was pretty quiet.

They've never dismissed any of my concerns as unimportant, and take every concern of mine very seriously. They always go above and beyond to make sure I understand every single detail about my dental procedures. I'm always able to get all my questions answered, and I'm never nervous about starting a procedure. They are an absolute expert in the field. I would never feel unsafe or apprehensive in their care. The waiting room here is spacious. I never feel like I have to sit too close to someone or that it is overcrowded.
