Best Dental is unethical, manipulative, and completely frustrating. After my first visit, they told me I needed all this extensive work done--without explaining or giving me options. I decided to get a second opinion. I requested my x-rays, which they conveniently forgot to tell me over the phone that I would have to pay for them.

I took my x-rays to the new dentist, and they were wonderful. They were more conservative compared to Best Dental, who apparently loves to do extreme treatments first before even knowing for sure if it is necessary. My new dentist told me that Best Dental didn't give me the full set of x-rays--that I paid for. They only provided me with about half of the needed x-rays.

Today, I called Best Dental to ask why they didn't provide the whole set. They said they took only 10 (my new dentist says there should be 18 for a complete set). Even so, they only gave me 8 of the 10 they took. Ruben or Rubio at Best Dental became very disgruntled and defensive. It was almost as if he had no idea what he was talking about--no idea about dentistry and was just making up answers by the seat of his pants.

He refused to provide me with a good reason of why they didn't take a full set. He was rude and inconsiderate.

Do not go to Best Dental. It isn't worth it. The office was relatively clean, but is in a bad neighborhood. Plus, their equipment is archaic.
