The dentist wasn't very friendly or welcoming. She always had a slight attitude when I asked her about my teeth. I probably wouldn't take kids here. The restrooms were very well-stocked at this provider's office. They always have toilet seat covers, paper towels and toilet paper and never run out. I was given a brief greeting when I walked through the door, but no one made any sort of effort to help me. I felt ignored.

"We have an appointment available for Wednesday, say 2pm?"

"Ok, cool, so I'll be able to get my crown and bridge fixed then?"

"No, this would be an appointment just to take a look, make a treatment plan - address any pain, so on"

"Pain isn't really an issue, I really just need a few things fixed, like to do it as soon as possible..."

"Ahh, I see, well the first full appointment I have is in three weeks"

"Cool, lets do that, if there is a cancellation or something you'll call?"

Day before appointment, three weeks later:

"I see that you've scheduled a full appointment as your first, for tomorrow, the office manager says we don't do that. I've changed the appointment to a check-up" . "If this is a problem let us know"

I trust them to only recommend dental procedures I actually need. I know they care more about my health than they do about making money. They answered most of my questions but I could have used more information. I had to wait a few weeks to get an appointment but I eventually got in.

Their office was well organized and clean. I could tell they took a lot of time making sure it was presentable. They never have that typical, annoying music playing here. If they do play music it is soothing and appropriate for the setting. They always take the time to listen to me. I know they really care about me and what I have to say. I love that they never cancel their appointments last minute here. I can always count on them to be there for me. I knew that I was going to be in a little bit of pain after my appointment, it happens every time I go to the dentist. It wasn't excessive at all though, and it went away pretty quickly.
