When comparing them to others in their field, I would say they are by far the worst I have ever seen. I will never return. They were late a few times to my appointments. I wish they had made more of an effort to be on time. They weren't very understanding or caring, and they didn't show empathy for my situation. I could tell I wasn't their primary concern.
