Definitely! I saw it as soon as I walked in!

Somewhat, they eventually called me back

Not at all, their office smelled fantastic!

Never, they go out of their way to address every concern of mine immediately

Yes, they went above and beyond

Absolutely! They aren't arrogant at all and are more than willing to pursue advice when necessary

Not very well. I had to really look for it before I found it.

This Dr has a recent complaint filed via Dept of Health (FLORIDA) and will allegedly be under investigation for 1. Patient neglect-abandonment and 2. Lack of quality of care, as well as 3. Alleged DEA regulation violation(s) per the physician himself. Complaint contains (only partial reading from actualy filed patient complaint and rating-(direct quotations are to serve as opinion only)-allegations include the following quote from former patient
"This is a HORRIBLE doctor-you follow his rules, you follow all tests-you take meds as prescribed-do all you are told to do and be a model patient-BUT HE WILL DUMP YOU IN A HEARTBEAT AND LEAVE YOU IN THE COLD IF HE 1. DOES NOT LIKE YOU 2. GETS MAD AT HIS STAFF BECIASE YOUR CHART ISN'T CORRECT 3. WILL HOLD YOUR MEDS OVER YOU AND THREATEN TO NOT PRESCRIBE ANYMORE IF YOU DO NOT CONFORM TO HIS STYLE
SUMMARY-Dr SHAH insisted our time was up after only 7 minutes and $300 later, (not exaggerating here!), not to mention waiting 45 min in lobby after being in his care ffor a year! He wouldn't give me but 3 seconds to answer his repetative questioning, uses ridiculous scenarios, and expects you to have great knowledge of pharmacuticals and psychiatry-So, when I told him you don't just "ask" about family suicide, then say time is up-I asked him to allow me time to talk vs him, he got very angry-shouted at his crew for not doing my chart follow-up-SO in exiting his office-I asked him for an apology, as I felt that was the least I deserved after being treated so aggressively, and rushed-he said I WILL NOT APOLOGIZE_I DO NOT APOLOGIZE TO MY PATIENTS-then "threatened" to hold my scripts, so I became more angry and hurt and advised he couldn't do that-well-he wrote the scripts-took them up to his secretary-and APOLOGIZES TO HER-where she then apologizes to me-so I comment-"This treatment is completely unfair-he should apologize to me-not you for him" She smiled-then he YANKED the scripts away from her and said "Thats it-I don't have to prescribe you anything anymore, find another Dr" and left me out cold-he's had me on certain meds such as Subutex, which is not a pain med, however is a controlled substance that requires close follow up-becuase my chart was not documented (not MY fault here)-so he gets mad, and completely drops me from my on-going treatment plan??? Per pharmacist-I should file complaint with DOH, for patient neglect and abandonment-as I will now become very ill for not having the meds my body has been on for over yr-2 different meds to keep stable-so I get ill when I'm out of my current script and he could care less-DO NOT GO TO THIS DOCTOR-THERE ARE MANY MORE CARING DOCS OUT THERE THAN THIS ONE FOLKS!!! HE IS HEARTLESS AND SEES YOU ONLY AS A CAR OR HOUSE PAYMENT!!! He also practices at Wekiva Springs and Ten broeck hospital"
